Recipes
1 Speedwell tea ▾
2 teaspoons dried herb pour 250 ml water, steep 10 minutes. Drink 3× a day.
2 Tincture (homemade) ▾
Fill a jar 2/3 with dried herb, pour in 40% vodka or spirit. Seal and leave for 4 weeks in a dark place — shake daily. Strain through gauze into a dark bottle. Dose: 20–30 drops in a little water 2–3× a day.
3 Compress to the affected area ▾
Cook a strong decoction (3 tablespoons dried herb per 300 ml water, steep 15 minutes). Strain and let cool slightly. Apply soaked gauze or a clean cloth to the affected area for 20–30 minutes. Repeat 2× a day until improvement.
