Pro tip: Collecting mullein flowers is demanding — pick only yellow petals and dry immediately or they brown.

📋 Recipes

1 Tea for cough ▾
2 teaspoons dried mullein flowers pour 250 ml water, steep 10 minutes. Strain through cloth. Drink 3× a day.
2 Mullein ear oil ▾
Pour olive oil over fresh flowers, leave 4 weeks. Drops into sore ear warmed to body temperature.
3 Cough syrup ▾
Cover fresh flowers with sugar 1:1 in a jar. After a week, syrup will form — 1 teaspoon 4× a day.
