📋 Recipes

1 Anise tea ▾
Pour 250 ml water over 1 teaspoon of crushed seeds, steep 8 min. Drink after meals.
2 Herbal syrup with honey ▾
Pour 500 ml water over 50 g dried herb and bring to a boil. Steep 15 minutes under a lid, then strain. Add 200–300 g of honey to the warm decoction and stir. Pour into clean bottles. Keep refrigerated for 3 weeks. Dose: 1 tablespoon 3–4× a day.
3 Anise water for colic ▾
Fill a dry, clean jar with dried herb. Pour in olive or sunflower oil so the plant is completely submerged. Seal and place in a sunny spot for 4–6 weeks. Strain through gauze. Apply directly to the skin or use as a base for ointment.
