📋 Recipes

1 Rhodiola tea ▾
1 teaspoon dried root pour 300 ml water, boil 10 min. Drink in the morning.
2 Tincture (homemade) ▾
Fill a jar 2/3 with dried herb, pour in 40% vodka or spirit. Seal and leave for 4 weeks in a dark place — shake daily. Strain through gauze into a dark bottle. Dose: 20–30 drops in a little water 2–3× a day.
3 Homemade capsules (dried powder) ▾
Dry the herb at 40 °C until completely dried. Grind in a coffee grinder to fine powder. Fill empty capsules (available at pharmacies) — approx. 500 mg per capsule. Store in a dark vessel. Dose: 1–2 capsules 2× a day with water.
