📋 Recipes

1 Rosemary tea ▾
1 teaspoon dried rosemary pour 250 ml water, steep 5 minutes. Drink in the morning.
2 Tincture (homemade) ▾
Fill a jar 2/3 with dried herb, pour in 40% vodka or spirit. Seal and leave for 4 weeks in a dark place — shake daily. Strain through gauze into a dark bottle. Dose: 20–30 drops in a little water 2–3× a day.
3 Medicinal bath ▾
Boil 100 g of the dried herb for 20 minutes in 2 litres of water. Strain and add the decoction to a warm bath. Bathe for 15–20 minutes. The herbs act through the skin — excellent for skin inflammation, rheumatism, or to relax the nervous system.
