Pro tip: Spring detox: fresh juice from young nettles — 2 tbsp on an empty stomach in the morning for 3 weeks.

📋 Recipes

1 Nettle tea for iron ▾
Pour 250 ml water over 2 tsp dried leaves, steep 10 min. Add lemon for better iron absorption.
2 Hair rinse ▾
Boil a handful of nettles for 20 min in 500 ml water with vinegar. After washing, pour over hair — do not rinse out.
3 Nettle soup ▾
Young shoots blanch, blend with pothis and broth. Season with salt and cream.
